HAVING TROUBLE GETTING YOUR CARD TO WORK?

There are several reasons why you may be having trouble registering your credit card with our payment process:
  • Different Addresses - You may be unable to register your credit card if the address at which you receive your monthly billing statement does not exactly match the address which you entered when trying to register that card with PayPal. Check your credit card statement for an exact match, and then try registering your credit card again.

  • Card Verification Number incorrect - You may be unable to register your credit card if you did not correctly enter the card verification number. The verification number is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. If a card verification number is not available, please try using a different card. Note: International account holders will not need to add a card verification number.
If you still have trouble
  1. Try another card - You may not be able to use the card you tried to add in the PayPal system. You may want to try to register a different card.
  2. Try again later - You may be able to successfully add your credit card if you try again at a later time.
  3. Try an alternate funding source - You can always make a payment using your checking accoun.

Shipping GuaranteeUnlike other online merchants, we guarantee you will receive your order. If for any reason, you do not receive your order, we will send again. Whether it is lost in the mail, held up at customs, or delivered to the wrong house, we will send again if you do not receive your package.
  • All of our packages are sent in unmarked boxes, by either Xpress Post or USPS.
  • Delivery takes between 2-5 business days within North America.
  • As all orders are sent express signed delivery, we can not accept orders to PO boxes unless a valid home phone number is provided.
  • We only ship within North America. Shipping to Canada may be subject to additional customs charges.
Guaranteed shipping offer is only valid to addresses in the US and Canada and if sending to the billing address of the cardholder purchasing the product. Telephone number and Signature for package is required.

   We accept Money Orders. When shipping a money order please insure the following:

  • You send your payment via, registered mail. In this way your check will arrive safely and we can track it if it is delayed.
  • With your order include, the product you would like to order, the address you would like it shipped to, your email address and you telephone number


COD

   We no longer offer COD's due to abuse and the fact over 50% of COD orders turn out to be fraudulent transactions.
